3 year old vomiting consistently over past month with stomach pains.?

If it were his appendix I would think they would have burst by now, which is not a good scenario. I have heard of growing pains and that is similar to what you describing. I wish I could tell you what it is but unfortunately I am not a Doctor. I would continue to take him to the Doctor until someone could give me an answer.
