Are women real ruler of world ?what should men do? ?

From ancient times we have evidence that women because of their fertility where respected as goddess with prime importance given to them in every ceremony, they enjoyed every rights and power. In many ancient religions, which are practised till now their importance has not reduced. But with advent of buisness money non hunting and non agri based jobs and further monotheistic religions giving face of god and kings to man ,the state and importance of women was forcibly overshadowed. They were subdued if not forcibly crushed. Now when women have taken outer professional world with surprise and shock ,are directly overtaking men and maintaining multifaced roles of fertility ,maternity ,earner, producer, teacher, protector and more in family and world....what for do they need men .what is role of men in family and world specific to them, which makes them unique enough to be of some importance
