What would you guys do....?

Be persistant and keep with it. It is painful - but you are doing the very best by feeding. You will be SO glad you stuck with it and persevered! The first month or two is always the hardest, it's gets easy after that. It is so rewarding! I hope you stick with it! Good luck!
