Gordon Brown says that "Now is not the time for an inexperienced government to take over the country."?

Expect all future elections to be cancelled. Apparently Gordon Brown doesn't trust the public to make the right decision so he will make it for us via the cancellation of the next General Election using the Civil Contingencies Bill. The great leader has spoken.
