Why does President's Day have to come during the week? This is the biggest party holiday of all.?

I am going to take my yacht out and hoist up my president's sale. Then I will vacuum the floor with Hoover. After a night of carousing and celebrating President's day I will be bushed, especially if my Johnson gets some action. I could be more cautious and put the Nix on that, but I wouldn't be a true man if I did.
