Her daughter is 13 years old, very immature... it would be a good idea if you threatened her to call the police if she doesn't return your stuff back, that would probably freak her out :P.. and you can also say to her that you have a friend who's a policeman and that he'll kick her *** if she doesn't return what's yours. You can also talk to your school counsellor about your problems..
