How would you rate this monarch deck?

Ok first of all in this day and age Zaborg is inferior to Caius in ever way. Therefore remove Zaborg for Caius. Also I agree that 3 Thunder King Rai-Oh is a bad idea in any deck that isnt called "Fifth Gadget". There fore remove 2 and Copy Cat for 3 Nimble Momonga. Also, your deck has too many cards so just remove the 2 copies of michizue. Also, take out 1 copy of Exiled Force, Gene Warped Warwolf, and Spirit Reaper for 3 Copies of Destiny Hero Infernal Prodigy. That move would make your Monarchs so easy to summon that I would take out one BlackHorn of Heaven, for an additional copy of Caius. Hope this helps.
