Rude/ discriminating sales istants

for thoose in australia, my visits to MYER have never been pleasing for the young shop istants dont even bother to approach me but are so helpful and approach .usually the older and more attractive ?/dressed up customers,, im a student (17 yrs) old and when i go in my uniform this gets worse, i undertsand they think im just there too try on makeup and mess around but im NOT and i dont even go around spraying all the perfumes ,, the elderly female workers at other counters tend too help every one else before me even if i was patiently waiting , and i know for a fact that im not rude to the MANY rude sales itants that ive met even if they treat me like what i just mentioned, geez do i have to be more older and attractive just to be treated decently by shop istants?and similar experiences? please share ^^
