Emails saying im not member and where do I make suggestions for site?

im getting emails saying im not a member under said user name but in my my groups page it says I am and i can post??? I don't understand I was a member one day and now says Im not. do I have to reapply, is it a glitch? I first started with wanted ads instead of offer but under moderator manual it says not to make people do offers first, and the only thing i found for me is member FAQS if that's the tutorial it says no where there i have to offer first so i didn't and now being told im not member of those two groups, what do I do?? I made a mistake. Also I have a suggestion I would like to mention but I don't know where, I feel if someone posts something in a wrong way they should be warned and told to fix it instead of just rejecting them posts as they may not have known about tutorial which I still don't know if member FAQS is the tutorial. please help
