Looking for an early 2000 movie?

i cant remember the name of it but its about a girl who doesn't know that shes a werewolve and so she goes on about her business but anyone she touches the male werewolve who looks like a biker. Well he goes around town killing everyone shes touched, theres this one homeless woman who doesn't like being touched but accidentally gets touched and gets the male werewolve after her she ends up being attacked in the bathroom of a building. Does anyone know the name of this movie.
