If you daughter and ex-wife have accused you psyical & emotional abuse. And the county you live in has found no reason to pursue the abuse claim,and has closed the claim. But the daughter and ex-wife still insist the you abused the daughter, in a motion to take visation away. And the ex-wife says that you have a history psyical & emotional abuse. In which there are no claims of. Is the slander or defanation of chartar.
